We have chosen the best professional alarm equipment manufactured by companies such as GE Security, and configured a simple and easy to use security system that is extremely effective. Our CAT system transmits alarm signals to a 24 hour monitoring center using the AT&T wireless cellular network. If a burglar cuts the phone lines to the premise, the alarm signal will still get through to the dispatchers.
There is no installation required. We can ship a pre-programed system to any US street address. The setup is easy, and it will only take 10 to 15 minutes to have the system full operational. The main cellular control unit is a desktop device that can be hidden out of site. Wireless motion detectors can be placed up to 200 feet away from the control. The inside siren is wireless. A keychain keyfob, or wireless keypad is used to arm and disarm the system. Wireless door sensors can also be added. How It Works When you are leaving the premise, use the wireless keychin remote or wireless keypad to arm the system. If an intruder enters the premise, the infrared motion detector will trip the alarm. The remote inside sounder will sound, and the cellular control unit will secretly transmit a radio alarm signal to dispatchers at a 24 hour emergency center, who will immediately notify the authorities. There are several advanced features available with these system. We provide an online web portal where alarm users can logon to their account, and control their alarm system, or view and print alarm activity reports.( A computer is not required to use these systems, but the advanced features are available for those who want to use them.)
For example. Each time that the system is armed and disarmed, an email, or a cell phone text message, or both, can be sent to the alarm owner. A homeowner could be notified each time the housekeeper entered and left the premise, or a message could be sent to the homeowner when their child returned home from school and disarmed the system.
A small business owner could receive an email each time an employee armed the system when closing the store, and each time the employee disarmed the system in the morning when opening the store. Also, the business owner can be notified by email and text message if the system was not armed by a certain time of night, or if an employee returns to the store after hours.
Each system can be armed and disarmed remotely using the web portal. If an employee forgets to arm the alarm system, the owner can arm the system from his home computer. If a homeowner is at work and can't remember if they armed the system when they left the home, they can logon to view the status of the system, and arm the system if necessary. This is a great system for vacation homes and condos.
